| Mike brings over 30 years of Executive Management experience in both the telecommunication and software business. He has led both a large FTSE 100 listed corporations as well as several startup companies, with P&L responsibility for over $1B. Mike was Chief Executive Officer for British Telecom’s (BT) North American division, which is BT’s largest operating unit outside the UK. He successfully launched this business in the US market and grew revenues from USD$20 M to more than USD$500 M in less than 5 years. More recently, and as Chief Operating Officer of STI Mobile, he launched the company into the wireless business in the US market, growing the business to become the 2nd largest prepaid carrier in the US. He was also the Chief Operating Officer of the NASDAQ listed Madge Networks, and successfully transitioned the Company from its Token Ring Lan technology into the IP Networking environment positioning the company for its future growth. He has prior Board experience most recently with BCS Global, which is in the IP collaboration marketplace. |

In addition he has both studied and presented at the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania and the International Management Group in Geneva, Switzerland. |

| Willy brings the extensive business acumen and financial savvy that he has acquired during the past 15 years in the Telecom industry at the helm of Globex Telecom and previously IVM Telecom. |

| Prior to joining Globex Group, Willy successfully launched IVM Telecom, Inc. and grew it into global communication company with an extensive network of direct routes in the Caribbean, Central and South America and Africa. |

| Through IVM Telecom’s subsidiary, Teledirek SA, a licensed VOIP service provider, Willy also successfully launched various innovative retail products targeting the Caribbean and African Diasporas living in the United States and Europe. |

| Prior to launching IVM Telecom, Willy held various senior management positions at Texaco Inc and Deloitte and Touche. Willy holds a BA degree from the University of Miami. |

| VP Business Development : Sekou Camara |

| Sekou brings over 10 years of experience as an international business development professional in the telecom sector with extensive industry contacts in the Americas, Africa and Europe. As the Director of International Business Development for Africa at Fusion Telecommunication International, a leading US wholesale telecom carrier, Sekou contributed positively to the positioning of the company as a major player in the international wholesale market. Sekou later spearheaded the successful efforts of IVM Telecom to become a major player into the African telecom markets, arranging direct interconnections with some of the leading carriers in the continent. |

| Prior to working in the telecom industry, Sekou was the Managing Director of Tropical Trading Group, a Florida based company, specialized in the sourcing of commodities from Africa and Latin America for the European and North American markets. Through his international trade experience, he brings an in depth experience of local markets in emerging and developing nations. Sekou is also a scholar who has published on issues of economic development and has served as an Adjunct Professor of International Relations at Florida International University (FIU) in Miami, Florida. |
